Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset to protect your data and pack it securely in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
